Terms of Service

These terms set out the general rules for using the appointment request, price list, care tracking and loyalty features on the Mellon Dry Cleaning website.

Appointment request and sale: A record created on the site is an appointment request, not a payment or sale. Published prices are current list information. The final service record, collection and fiscal document are issued through the business's integrated POS system.

Delivery times: Care and delivery times may vary according to the item, service and branch; the final plan is communicated when the business confirms the request or accepts the item.

Request cancellation: Appointment requests not yet processed may be cancelled via WhatsApp or the contact page. Sales, charges and refunds are assessed separately according to the POS record and nature of the service.

Liability: Any pre-existing damage or fading on items received is recorded in a report at the time of pickup.
