As Mellon Dry Cleaning ("the Company"), acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we process the personal data we collect from you for the purposes and methods described below.

Data collected: full name, phone number, email, address, date of birth, appointment and care-tracking history, loyalty point activity, and the IP address recorded for security purposes.

Processing purposes: receiving and scheduling appointment requests, tracking the care process, operating the loyalty/points program, communication, security, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving service quality.

Data transfer: your data may be shared, only as necessary to provide the service, with hosting, SMS, security and communication providers, and with competent authorities where legally required. The site does not collect card or payment details.

Your rights: Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it is, and to request its correction or deletion. You can reach us with your requests through our contact page.
